Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Muhaha, a service operated by Yahaha Studios. By accessing or using Muhaha, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use Muhaha.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Muhaha. If you use Muhaha on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Your content

You may submit prompts, comments, profile information, media, messages, and other content. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights needed to submit it.

You grant Yahaha Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, display, publish, and distribute your content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and provide Muhaha.

You retain any ownership rights you have in your content, subject to the license above and the rights of other people or services involved in creating or supplying that content.

4. Generated playables

Muhaha uses automated systems and third-party providers to help generate playable experiences from prompts and media. Generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to other content, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or sharing it, including checking that it does not infringe rights, violate law, or breach these terms.

5. Community rules

Do not use Muhaha to harass others, impersonate people, violate privacy, distribute malware, spam, manipulate the service, exploit minors, or create or share illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, infringing, or otherwise harmful content.

We may remove content, limit distribution, suspend accounts, or take other action when we believe these terms, our policies, law, or user safety require it.

6. Intellectual property

Muhaha, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and service content, is owned by Yahaha Studios or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These terms do not grant you any rights to use Yahaha Studios's names, logos, or branding except as necessary to use Muhaha normally.

7. Third-party services

Muhaha may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, analytics, notifications, storage, and content generation. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

8. Paid features

Muhaha may offer paid features, subscriptions, credits, promotions, or in-app purchases in the future. Additional terms may apply when paid features are introduced.

Unless required by law or expressly stated, purchases are final and non-refundable.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or disable features if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, or used the service unlawfully.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, licenses, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

Muhaha is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yahaha Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app or another reasonable method. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
