1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your email address, handle, profile details, comments, messages, prompts, uploaded media, generated playables, reports, and support requests.

We collect activity information such as the playables you view, create, publish, like, remix, follow, search for, or share, together with related timestamps and in-app interactions.

We collect technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, language, approximate location derived from network information, IP address, identifiers, crash data, and log data.

2. Media, camera, and microphone

Muhaha may ask for access to your camera, photo library, or microphone when you choose to attach photos, videos, or other media to a playable. We only receive media that you select or record for use in the app.

You can change device permissions through your operating system settings.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate Muhaha, authenticate users, generate and host playables, personalize feeds, show social activity, send notifications, respond to support requests, and maintain service security.

We also use information to debug crashes, prevent spam and abuse, enforce our terms, understand product performance, and improve the quality of generated content and recommendations.

4. Analytics and diagnostics

We use analytics and diagnostics tools, including Sensors Data, to understand app usage, feature performance, device health, and product funnels. These tools may receive event names, device information, user or anonymous identifiers, app version, and interaction metadata.

We do not use analytics data to sell your personal information.

5. How we share information

We share information with vendors that help us provide Muhaha, including hosting, storage, analytics, notification delivery, authentication, content generation, moderation, and support providers.

We may share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Public profile information and public playables may be visible to other users and may be shared outside the app by users who access them.

6. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Muhaha, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the service, and maintain backups.

If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify account information where required, unless retention is necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, or backup purposes.

7. Your choices

You can update profile information in the app, export account data from settings, delete your account from settings, and manage push notifications through app or device settings.

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information, subject to applicable law and verification.

8. Children

Muhaha is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.

9. International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from your local laws.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through Muhaha or another reasonable method.
